Brightcall AB (“Brightcall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam and unsolicited communications.

Prohibition of Unsolicited Messages

Brightcall does not advertise brightcall.ai or any of its products or services through unsolicited bulk or commercial email, SMS, messaging platforms, or other electronic communications. There are no exceptions to this policy.

This prohibition applies to everyone acting on behalf of Brightcall, including our employees, affiliates, partners, resellers, contractors, marketing agencies, lead-generation providers, and other third parties.

Our agreements with third-party service providers require compliance with this Anti-Spam Policy. We will suspend or terminate our relationship with any party that violates these requirements.

Consent-Based Marketing

Brightcall sends marketing communications only to recipients who have expressly opted in or otherwise provided valid consent to receive them. We maintain records of consent where required.

We do not use purchased, rented, harvested, or improperly obtained contact lists for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribe Requests

Every Brightcall marketing message includes a clear and working method for unsubscribing.

Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly. Once a recipient unsubscribes or reports an unwanted message, their address is added to our suppression list and will not be used for future marketing communications, except where communication is legally required or necessary to provide an active service.

Reporting Spam or Abuse

If you receive an unsolicited message that advertises brightcall.ai or Brightcall’s services, please report it to: support@brightcall.ai

Please include a copy of the message and, where possible, the full message headers.We investigate abuse reports promptly and take appropriate action. Reported addresses are added to our suppression list to prevent further marketing messages. We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within two business days.

Compliance Standards

Brightcall’s electronic marketing practices are designed to comply with applicable laws and industry standards, including:
The CAN-SPAM Act;
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
Applicable ePrivacy requirements; and
Closed-loop or confirmed opt-in practices recommended by the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG).
